Nothing ventured - Nothing gained

I think we are all afraid to try new things. The fear of the unknown is one of the biggest things to hold us back in life.
  • What will happen if I quit my job?
  • What will happen if I end this relationship?
  • What will happen if I invest in that business?
  • What will happen if I cut my hair?
  • What will happen if I move to a new city or country?

Sometimes there are no immediate answers and it can be very scary.  But not trying anything or doing nothing should be even scarier.

So here is the deal. I am not telling you something you don't know, and have not already heard.  Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Life is full of risks and sometimes you should choose the risks you want to take and stop being a victim of circumstances and other people.

There are only two things that can happen. You can fail or Succeed.  If you fail, you have gained experience, learned a lesson and became stronger.  If you Succeed, you are picking up the tab the next time we go for dinner.

I have always been an entrepreneur at heart. It started with MotorUp, a no oil change engine treatment. I moved on to A-Plus Computer Training, Academic and Business Center. Then I was in the world of Multi level marketing selling Telecommunication products and services for 5Links.  I know failure and I know success. Success feels so much better, but failure keeps me humble.

Once again, I am trying. That is just who I am.
